Rising costs,recruitment difficulties and changing employee attitudes mean that, for many employers, thetraditional approaches to recruiting, training and retaining staff are being revisited to harness anddevelop talent and ultimately drive competitive advantage.You have been employed as a Business Researcher by an organisation of your choice to run aproject regarding the existing talent management strategies and suggest new talent strategies thatneed to be formulated and implemented to attract and retain talented staff to support the competitiveadvantage of the organisation.You are required to conduct a small-scale research project on the current talent strategies thatare used by your organisation and make some recommendations for the future strategic direction ofthe talent management strategies of the business. Document margins must not be more than 2.54 cm (1 inch) or less than 1.9cm (3/4 inch).c. The assignment should be in a formal business style using single spacing and font size 12.d.
