The repair shop is quite outdated, from the furniture, technology and equipment as well as inner décor. The look and feel of the business has never been updated in any way, as the previous owners were not too keen on change. They saw these activities as a waste of time and resources that would have been more disruptive than worthwhile to the nature of the business. While the new management team focus on renovating and updating the repair shop physical environment, they would like Tammy to lead the administrative team in the management and update of the repair shop documents. They have allocated a budget for marketing and this initiative is a project under that resource allocation. Tammy is responsible for establishing document standards for the business, the design and development of templates, developing document text, training staff to show them how to use the documents and devising a document review strategy to keep documents consistent.
