It is the most important driver of output and efficiency in budget & economy. In tourism and hospitality also, it is supposed that the keenness and attractiveness of originalities to an excessive extent be subjects to upon their activity of innovation. Astonishingly, in hospitality and tourism, the research, survey, and study on innovation have so far-off established poor attention and consideration from researchers, scholars, and academics particularly in the experiential survey, study, and research. This dissertation focuses on signs of innovation and innovative activities in the tourism and hospitality industry.  Artificial intelligence shows some innovations in hotel industry like an aggregation of multiple data sources, Humanoid robots with voice interaction for guest services, Self-optimizing revenue management, Planning & predicting of capacity development and prices, Customized additional offers, Personalize booking with chatbots and voice and Customizations of offerings through smart content management. Data collection and reliability & validity are the major research methodology used in this dissertation. While doing a comparison of other industries and hospitality then it proves that hospitality is an important foundation of service for the economy of the UK and Economics of Oxford calculations or estimates proposes that floating rates of development are to be expected to remain in the years ahead. (Mohammed et al.) Constant adaptation and renewal are needed to stay in the field of commercial, trade, and business. Here, we are describing 4 forms of competition between firms and businesses in the advanced economies. Starting with the year 1990s, governments compete under the burden of creativity, innovativeness, innovation, and novelty in services, products, systems, work, and goods procedures being familiar as a prime feature to long-term structural success and survival. At present, no one desires to be convinced of the importance of novelty and innovation in an energetic and self-motivated creation of powerful or strong worldwide competition, end to end with the fast-changing technologies and markets; the cry ‘Create, innovate or die!’ is a very well-known slogan of today’s supervisors and managers. From now, the mission for improved organizational innovation and creativity in services, products, systems, goods, and work methods is known as a prime aspect of long-term administrative or executive success and survival. (Association & 2015) The need for innovation and creativity Under the situations of disorder and confusion, firms have to be fruitful and effective not only in challenging under quality and price pressures, yet they also are in an incredible necessity of innovation and flexibility of the manner they do things. The data and info of Info Quest is composed of a lot of channels and networks, consisting of participant observation, internal documents, any communication or interaction with colleagues, etc. (Mohammed et al., n.d.; Tribe, 2015) Reliability and validity Usually, people do care about the collection of data, its analysis, and most significantly its correct and impactful interpretation in the form of desired results while doing the research project. To ensure the reliability of the analysis in this work, the data used in this work results has been minutely evaluated and confirmed. For instance, when unfolding the organization My Info Quest and assume its material, I took data from the different sources and compared– participant observation, internal documents, unstructured interview, and whatever is concerned., and seek for the cause why the data from different sources differ to each other if it found. When surveying market research of China, I cautiously tried to confirm the data before it used in my work and to keep its reliability maintain. It not only creates new jobs and enterprises but also drives the socioeconomic of the country. As per the given data by the United Nations in the 2015 report, this industry contributes to international trade in twofold like in advanced and boom economies. Data are given by UNWTO in 2014. (Beveridge, 2014) It imparts 6% of total world exports and around 30% of services for both emerging economies and advanced. Conferring to the report claimed by World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) in 2012, visitor earnings contribute a significant share of nation-wide service exports across the world, it has good values especially when developing economies in producing heavy foreign exchange and contribute to better financial stability to the country. In the given data of the 2014 report, around 9.8% of GDP was contributed due to this sector whereas 3.1% of GDP was directly shared by travel and tourism. At the time of doing a survey and writing report, I went with both bad and good experiences as well.  Also, some new things have learned by me. The basic and foremost aim is to learn from throughout the report and project. Here, we are examining ourselves and finding out our lacking and shortcomings. Through this report, I got to know my errors in “innovation within hospitality changes the way we work and effect on the UK economy” report. Here I am concentrating on time management, research, and information literacy skills. Discussion What I felt to know, that in my work some areas are needed to improve. Here I had great attention to the management of time, information literacy skills, and research skills. As it is true that if we manage the timeline, we will reach with a good through. We got this academic year to write this dissertation and survey the topic. In this duration, I had a different experience such as good and bad as well. Sometimes I felt to see some new challenges and experiences in this work. I took a couple week to understand that how to write a dissertation on innovation within hospitality changes the way we work and effect on the UK economy. And I learned many things while doing this work or writing the dissertation such as Harvard style referencing and citation which we have been doing throughout the duration of our course with all of our assignments, the flow of report, report writing and use of resources of universities in an effective manner. 1st 3 weeks, I just had a review on my topic. I got all the resources and plan that how to execute the dissertation work in proper flow. I created a flow chart and strategy chart with the deadline. Sometimes I fail to meet the deadline, but I tried to cover it in the next phase. Then I made a survey and study all the research papers and report from the UK economy & oxford economy. After a proper understanding of the topic, I started to work on writing the dissertation. Sometimes I was doubting to understand the topic, at that time I went to my colleagues at work as well as my general manager to understand the things and got great help from them. Sometimes my dear friends helped me in my bad time or say in bad management.  I was very happy with the dissertation topic as I was enjoying studying and writing on this topic. This is a very important topic for the market. However, hospitality is an important foundation of service for the economy of the UK, and Economics of Oxford calculations or estimates proposes that floating rates of development are to be expected to remain in the years ahead.  For this dissertation writing one more thing that I learned is how to use resources. As for writing, we can use open sources but it’s not a good habit as those resources are not very reliable, we can’t say as it is having to authenticate data or not. Apart from the data taken from recognized journals, I have taken data from the companies for strong analysis and practicality point of view. However, I have carefully verified the data from other sources and also found the reason for dissimilarities if any. It imparts authenticity in the data processed in this work. For this, I experienced how to use resources such as articles, research papers, e-books, magazines, journals, and patents. My teachers also gave me some opinion about the topic “innovation within hospitality changes the way we work and effect on the UK economy”. Quality assurance and legal aspect also have been covered that makes the work sounder and more practical. We have also estimated the required cost to execute the plan. We have included the future up-gradation possibility. Apart from these, during the writing process, I felt some point where I could be more efficient than I was. It was due to the disorganization of time utilized by me. I reflect the whole work as a strong study that can be very fruitful for the others also. This dissertation not only teaches a particular topic but also prepares us for the practical world. I felt that good research requires a good team and planning that should be executed accordingly. A team can make work easier and different opinion comes out when discussing on the same platform. It is the best way to see the work from different angles. I have learned numerous things like analyzing the data with suitable software, preparing the reports, and properly citing the other work such that it governs the good connectivity with other studies. Things that I have left in this work is a good future scope for future scholars. Overall it was a great learning experience for me. It motivates me for further studies and strong my vision towards my career. Conclusion This project starts with a deep literature review and includes the architecture requirement, design detail. Any project usually starts with market research where deep literature of the various aspect of the plans is analyzed. Literature must be cited properly and must use only the authenticate investigation solely related to the project plan. After concluding from the research and our requirement, further planning can be done. Literature can take a long time to analyze the aspect of the project. In the second step of the planning, the specification of requirements should be finalized. This specification prepares the overall architecture that needs to be built. In parallel to overall architecture, project planning should be regulated. It results in the detailed design required for the project.
