Who are they?e-Squad is the first school aiming to train future professionals (gamers, analysts, casters, etc.) of theeSports industry. Its specialized program and training methodology aim to train any player (regardless oftheir age and experience level) to compete in national and international eSports tournaments.Its facilities include:• 4 classrooms. Each classroom has a maximum occupancy of 20 students• All of the gaming platforms (PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One) and equipment used inprofessional gaming tournaments is available• An e-Squad arena, where tournaments are periodically held.11.2. What services do they offer?• Training routines for potential eSports players.• Gaming strategies.• Technical-tactical actions in eSports tournaments.• Video analysis of professional eSports games.• Workshops: teamwork, marketing, social media management, health management and psychologyaimed at potential eSports players.• Tournaments.• Event organization and training for companies.Each group of students spends the first two months familiarizing with all of the platforms and mainvideogames used in eSports. Then, they specialize in a particular platform and game.It is important to mention that players first develop their individual capabilities, and they graduallywork towards their team capabilities.11.3.
