Evaluate the behavioural approach to management , through demonstrating anunderstanding of the factors that affect differences in individual behaviour.TASK DESCRIPTION TaskYou are tasked to give a team presentation of 4 to 5 members whereby demonstrate an understanding oftheoretical framework and application of the relevant theories, tools, techniques and approaches etc. onthe following:• A profile of chosen organisation• An organisational structure and its relationship with organisational culture• Leadership and management approaches within organisation• Factors influencing Group and team behaviours• How Motivation and perception are linked to organisational performancesEach team member is required to submit an individual reflective report of 1000 words.Notes1. Each member will select a topic from above list for individual reflective report with mutual consentamong the team members2. Each team member will work effectively to determine the content and layout of the report andappended slide presentation.3. Your report and appended slide presentation should make reference to relevant theories, modelsand principles from the course and textbook(s) illustrated by practical examples from the case studyorganisation.4.
