As part of an Australian Government programmed, the Total Care Transport Hospital intends to implement a single medical records system that is safe, fast, and easy to use, and that will be implemented across the country. Customers are divided into four categories: policy service provider, contractor, administrator, and client. Furthermore, customer feedback prior to official completion and detailed software details would be considered in order to meet the deadline and exceed all patient expectations, resulting in a system worthy of admiration. The software would provide three interfaces for viewing the records: one for the patient, one for the healthcare professional, and one for the healthcare provider. Furthermore, the user (patient) has complete control over the information they share with their healthcare providers. SCOPE Only the initial project details, technical criteria, requirement prioritization, software development strategy and its justification, project schedule, and budget preparation will be addressed. REQUIREMENTS: Functional requirements: Customer retention or functions that developers must enforce in order for users to complete their tasks are known as functional requirements (Babaian, 2019). Registration – Total Care Transport consolidated health record system would enable front-desk staff to add new patients to the system. The system would allow front-desk workers to assign an ID to each patient and record it on the patient’s record sheet. During their stay in the hospital, patients must use the same ID. Checking Info: When a patient checks out of the hospital, the system would enable the administrative staff to remove the patient’s ID from the system. In the accessible bed area of the framework, the administration staff would be able to adjust the status of every bed in any ward that is vacant. Creating records: The health record system must create a report for each patient that includes their name, contact information, bed number, ward number, and the doctor to whom they have been assigned, among other things. The system will also produce a report on the available beds in the hospital, including information such as bed number, location, ward number, and ward name. Database – The system must enable patients to include information such as their full name, phone number, personal medical number, address, ID number, and other personal information to be saved in the system. Patients and nurses will be able to correct their records on the health record system if any small mistakes are discovered. Non – Functional Requirements Security – To obtain access/login to the system, the patient or user must recall their ID and password. – Only the administrative staff has access to the database’s update, insert, and remove functions. – The front-desk staff were only allowed to add a patient to the system; any subsequent changes are not their responsibility. Execution – The framework gives assertion in only one second after the patient information is checked. – The framework can deal with 1000 individuals all at once. – The UI perceives the client inside 5 seconds. – The framework needs to guarantee that it adheres to every one of the principles and guidelines of Microsoft availabilities. Maintainability – In advance, the system must provide a backup of both hospital and medical data. With the aid of a log, the device also keeps track of any mistake that happens for future reference. ANALYTICAL HIERARCHICAL PROCESS (AHP) The Analytic Hierarchy Method, or AHP, is a powerful but simple decision-making tool. It is often employed in the prioritization and selection of projects. The data   strategic priorities can be captured as a collection of weighted criteria in AHP, which can be used to rate projects. The main goal of this research was to use this process to find the best location for a hospital in their area. Method: AHP was used as a methodological tool in the selection process (Sharma, 2018). Software development methodology Total Care Transport aims to build a record system that can link administrators, consultants, insurance providers, and patients. In addition, the system should be safe, fast, and easy to use across the country. Often, the hospital’s criteria should be included. AGILE methodology was chosen for this project because it is customer-focused, up-to-date, and fast. Furthermore, the versatility is excellent, and adjustments can be made when required. Under the Agile Methodology, the selection of Extreme Programming over other frameworks such as Scrum, Rational Unified Process, and Kanban (XP) is done (Anwer, et al., 2017). It is an agile methodology that prioritizes project management over growth because of the attributes it brings to the production process, it is extremely profitable. It focuses on development, adaptation, and teamwork in order to achieve the goal. It has its own set of values and principles: openness, dedication, bravery, respect, and accountability, all of which contribute to achieving the mission efficiently and effectively. As a consequence, XP is a captivating platform that can be implemented by any company due to its straightforward goals, rapid development, and simple outcomes. TIMELINE: According to Tsui et al., (2016)., XP goes through many stages of growth, including planning, controlling, designing, experimenting, iteration, and death, all of which include user input. The project is expected to be finished in a year, and the chart below depicts each step. FINANCES: The project began on February 13, 2020 and is expected to be finished on March 2, 2021. The job has been finished in its entirety, with a total of 282 working days. The budgeting of Total Care Transport is depicted in the figure below (Ashraf, and Aftab, 2018). CONCLUSION: Finally, this study concludes by highlighting the Total Care Transport origins and prioritisation by reasoning and examination.
