The personal development can be a matter of being in right place at the right time and taking the opportunities which helps in effectively developing across the wide range of skills and requires deliberate and focus their efforts (Akrivou, et. Al., 2020). it is identified that there are various elements of personal development plan which includes division a good understanding of what is desired a clear idea about the standard which needs to be achieved and level of priority for each area.my current personal development plan is related to my university career where I would be working to identify my short term, medium and long term goals (Charissi, 2020). My short term goals for the university career includes the following, Completing my semesterIncreasing my communication skillsLearning about the application process of the terms and definition that are gained There are various medium term goals of for the university career which includes the following, Participating in the training program and learning about the different meaning features which would help me to research the then go to the different talent management institutions (Christie, et. Al., 2018).Gaining confidence in talking to a larger group about the work that I am producing and publishing this would help me to maximize my performance and generate a better communication and leadership skills (Knight, et. Al., 2019).Generating commercial awareness, one of the most important factor where I would be working in commercial issues and generating awareness about the commercial issues which are related to my internship program. The long term goals includes the following, Completing my course and getting a professional degree is one of the most important form of goal and personal development plan that I have made.After getting the completed long term goal of getting a degree the second goal is getting the job that is best for me. I would be looking for the job that would be helping me to develop my professional career and getting me to generate a better understanding of the same (Leijen, et. al., 2018). There are various values that are defined for the purpose of identifying the personal development plan and it is taken into account that the personal development plan is considered to be very useful (Mashizume, et. Al., 2020). This is considered to be one of the most important factor that helps in highlighting the requirement of the carrier and what is required to be achieved at the interval of the time (Schmidt, 2017). It is considered that these are achieved at the right time then this will lead in generating a better understanding therefore the value of personal development plan in the personal life of the person is considered to be very great (Pugh and Broome, 2020). Task 2 The credibility and the information that the sources providing in the researches considered to be essential. It is one of the most important factor where the credibility of the information that has been provided is considered to be true or false. It is considered to be very important that if the source is credible this means that the information is not just believable but is also considered to be convincingly true. These are considered to be accurate and reputable. For the purpose of using credible sources so as to back up the arguments that gives the writing credibility and thus helps them to generate high quality resources and supporting the arguments. Where the author that has been taken is considered to be reliable that it means that the author has qualified and is able to write up on the topic at a greater consideration it is considered to be very essential where author affiliated with the recognizer such institution and is able to provide the information which is knowledgeable. This has been considered that the purpose of the work and the is considered to be biased where the audience and the message that has been provided by them is considered to be great.
