This coursework requires you to submit a substructure take off, and associated Bill Of Quantities, for the Edwinstowe Sport Pavilion. All work will relate to the substructure element of work. This task is based on the drawings provided and the additional specification details, all as detailed below: P/011 – 09 – Foundation Layout P/011 – 12 – Setting Out Plan P/011 – 15 – Section Details Other drawings of the project are available on NOW for information purposes only, and are not required for the task. These have been provided to give you some more context and an overview of the project. TASK 1 – Substructure Measurement (70%) You are to measure and submit a substructure take off, on dimension paper, for the scheme in accordance with the enclosed take off list. You are to measure all items associated with the substructure element. This means you have to measure the quantities for ALL items of the substructure element as detailed in the take-off list provided below. You are to complete the work on dimension paper and provide all waste calculations, measured dimensions and a full NRM description for each item. TASK 2 – Bill of Quantities (10%) Your second task is to produce, and submit, a Bill of Quantities based on your substructure take off. A template of this document is provided on NOW. You must use this template and ensure your work is of a professional standard. Your BQ is to include full specifications, NRM2 descriptions and quantities. Remember that the BQ items should be in the order that is presented in NRM2.
